EMR Network
ACTT (Accelerating Change Transformation Team) have partnered with PCN and clinic EMR experts to deliver a provincial EMR Network. The Network supports EMR users in various roles, in both PCNs and clinics interested, in optimizing their EMRs in the Patient’s Medical Home (PMH).
Physician Champion Network
Physicians and their teams are leading the way towards the Patient's Medical Home within an Integrated Health Care System. The Physician Leaders' Network (PLN) is here to support that journey with valuable tools and resources designed by physicians.
Clinic Managers Network
ACTT has partnered with the Alberta Association of Clinic Managers to deliver a provincial Clinic Managers Network. Enabling clinic managers to connect, collaborate, and share best practices with peers.
